Eligibility and Access
Our platform is accessible to all individuals and entities for creating and executing exchange operations. We maintain a non-discriminatory policy and do not have rejection criteria for service use.

Exchange Rates and Service Fees
Dynamic Rate mode - exchange rates are updated in real-time, reflecting cryptocurrency market data fluctuations. The applicable rate is finalized and fixed upon our confirmed receipt of your payment. Fixed Rate mode - Alternatively, users may opt for a fixed rate, which is secured for a 15-minute period following order creation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the rate is subject to recalculation every subsequent 15-minute interval until payment is detected. For transactions exceeding 1 BTC, an additional service fee is applied, supplementing our standard service fee, according to the following tiers: >1 BTC - 0.5%, >2 BTC - 1%, >3 BTC - 1.5%, >4 BTC - 2%, >5 BTC - 2.5%.

Customer Deposits
There are no mandated minimum or maximum transaction amounts for initiation. However, if a customer deposits an amount that falls outside our specified minimum or maximum operational conversion limits, the transaction will be ineligible for exchange, and funds will be automatically refunded. Information regarding these operational limits is clearly displayed to users prior to order creation and during the exchange process.

Platform Payouts
We will execute the payout to the customer's designated address once the incoming deposit has achieved sufficient network confirmations and provided the amount is within our operational conversion limits (minimum/maximum). This information is consistently available to users before and during operations.

Refunds
Refund operations are fully automated. We do not charge any platform-levied fees for refunds. For refunds involving ERC-20 tokens, the private key of the funding address will be securely transmitted to the user to facilitate fund recovery.

Support
Customers should use a contact form on our site to create support tickets. Support answer time depends on its current load and shouldn't exceed 12 hours.

Prohibited Jurisdictions
We do not impose restrictions based on geographic location. Our system architecture, which includes disabled IP logging and no software components designed to process such information, inherently prevents us from determining or acting upon a user's country of origin.

Privacy Policy
We do not collect any user metadata. IP address logging is disabled across all service endpoints, including reverse-proxies, caching servers, and backend (API) servers. Exchange-related information, such as source, destination, and refund addresses, is automatically purged from our active systems after 15 days. Users are also empowered to initiate immediate and irretrievable deletion of their exchange operation data by utilizing the "Delete Data" feature available for completed exchanges.
